Witness Account

Husband and I looked at night sky while closing sliding door blinds. We noticed an object at a bit higher than horizon level (this was before the wildfire smoke blew into the area). Object caught our eye due to it's erratic flashing red, green, blue lights. It sat in the same spot for 40 minutes. The lights moved in a circular motion. We estimate it was several miles away from us, We took a video of the object. 15 seconds into the video you will see the object. Before we filed this report we tried to investigate ourselves if it was a drone but all drone video we found didn't have the circular motion lights that were erratic.
