While on the Thomas Jefferson Bridge, I saw what appeared to be a spotlight that was angled horizontally rather than down,. It was unusual because it looked like an actual light as if it was mounted on a building, but I couldn’t see a building and it was too high. It also was moving toward the left. At a certain point within probably a minute of me seeing it, the Spotlight sort of dissolved and went away.
