Witness Account

I was helping my friend prepare for her art exhibition in a secluded village in Oaxaca. We were trying to hang up her massive mural on the outer wall of an old church when the power went out, and we were plunged into darkness. I pulled out my flashlight to continue working, but then I noticed a strange glow emanating from the horizon. At first, I thought it was the moon, but it was too bright and had a peculiar greenish hue. As it came closer, I could make out a saucer-shaped object hovering silently, with beams of light dancing around its edges like a halo. My friend and I stood frozen, entranced by the sight. Suddenly, the object made a rapid zigzag motion and shot straight up into the sky, disappearing in an instant. We just looked at each other in disbelief, unable to comprehend what we had just witnessed.
