No sound and wasn't a drone- literally over the runway

Witness Account

I was looking at it for almost an hour- got 15 minutes of footage- moving horizontally- vertically- for split of second got visual contact- sphere moving forward while rotating around it's axle and circulating lights horizontally around it's frame = logical explanation (drone). But it was literally circulating for hour around airport and it's runway = no media exposure if it was a drone- location can be proven easily. I have 15 minutes of footage circulating the Riga International Airport- location can be proven- for a split of second got visual contact- sphere moving forward while rotating around it's axle- while lights flashing NUFORC Note: Footage not submitted.
