Abnormal lights, abnormal shape, flying low and slow

Witness Account

I was driving on Argonne Ave and noticed two bright lights in the sky and pointed them out to my passenger. Initially, it looked like a plane with two bright white lights on each wingtip with 2-3 blinking lights in the middle between them and it was flying towards us head on. As I turned left onto Sunnybrae Blvd, it suddenly shifted and started moving sideways. Then it turned and I could see it had a dark, triangular shaped silhouette. At this point, I realized it could not have been a plane because it was moving at such a slow speed that would be perceived from a plane that was thousands of feet away, but I could see it was clearly much closer than that. I thought it could have been a drone, so I lowered my music and rolled down the window to see if I could hear any drone-like buzzing, but it did sound like a plane that was passing overhead, but at that proximity, it should’ve been much louder than it was. We lost sight of it as I drove to 711 and I could no longer hear it after I got out of the car. It was heading Northeast the last we saw it.
